Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour3/4 cup sugar1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt2 eggs, lightly beaten3 bananas, mashed (1 cup mashed banana)
Directions
Grease and flour a 8 1/2-inch x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Mix in the bananas and eggs. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 60 minutes. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out and cool completely, right side up.
