Ingredients
2 cups chopped Kale1 TBSP ground flax seed meal1 TBSP chia seed mealLemondade1 cup frozen mixed fruitice cubes
Directions
Place lemonade and kale in blender ( I use nutri ninja professional), and blend well, about 1 minute. Then add flax/chia seed meal, frozen fruit and 3 ice cubes, blend well and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 16-24 ounces
