Kat's Power Seed Bites

Ingredients
3/4 lb sprouted sunflower seeds1 c. soaked sesame seeds3 T apple cider vinegar3 T. Soy Sauce/Tamari1/2 c. Miso Paste1 t. garlic powder (plus any other seasoning of your choice)10 sheets of nori
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except nori) in a food processor and blend until coarse in texture.

Divide mixture onto 10 nori sheets and roll up like a sushi roll.

Place nori rolls in dehydrator and dry at 95 degrees for at least 8 hours.

Cut rolls into 6-7 pieces and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes roughly 65 "bites" about .5 inch wide
