Grilled Turkey Burgers with Onions

Ingredients
2 large sweet onions. cut into 1/8 inch slices2 teaspoons olive oil1 teaspoon butter1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper2 tablespoons of Worchestershire sauce1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey6 large leaf lettuce
Directions
In a large nonstick skillet over low heat, cook onions in oil and butter until caramelized, about 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a large bowl, combine rest of ingredients except for lettuce. Shape into 6 patties. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray, start grill. Grill burgers, covered over medium hot heat for 5 -7 minutes per side (165 degrees). Serve on lettuce leaves and top with cooked onions.
