Ingredients
velveta cheese jalapeno peppersgreen bell peppersshallotsbaconcherry tomatoeschicken breastscilantroblack beans
Directions
cook bacon and render the fat. cut chicken into uniform shapes(small dice) and cook in bacon fat, until cooked then set aside
keep bacon fat inside pan and add the shallots(minced), black beans, bell peppers(small dice), and jalapeno peppers(slivers). cook for about 2-4 min and then add the cheese.(bring to boil)
when melted and looking amazing. put the chicken into the sauce and cook until warm.
when done transfer into whatever bowl you would like to use and add the diced tomatoes.
when done use some of the non cooked jalapeno peppers for garnish and the cilantro freshly chopped/minced and sprinkle on.
