Jerrys Mustard BBQ Recipe, Low Carb

½ cup of Brown Mustard (I used organic whole grain mustard)½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar1 Tbsp Splenda1 Tbsp of Chili Powder ½ tsp of Black Pepper½ tsp of White Pepper¼ tsp of Red Pepper------------------------½ tsp of Soy Sauce (I used Amino Acid)1 Tbsp Butter
In a sauce pan over medium heat stir together the Mustard, Vinegar, Splenda, Chili Powder, Black Pepper, White Pepper and Red Pepper.
Bring the ingredients to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. After the 30 minutes stir in the Soy Sauce and the Butter and cook for 10 more minutes.
Remove from the heat and put in the refrigerator to cool. The cooling should help meld flavors together.
TIP: at this point I put it into another bowl before I put it in the refrigerator. If you had the time you could hold it overnight that would enhance the flavor more.
Serving Size: Good for 8 pieces of chicken
