2 cups of Morel mushrooms , soaked for at least 2 hrs in salt water, cleaned and halved, washed and drained1/4 cup of oil and 2 T oleo heated1/4 C flour in bag with salt and pepper shake to coat all the mushrooms fry untl golden on both sides.
