Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
275 mls Sunflower Oil2 eggsI tsp lemon juice1 tsp Dijon MustardGood pinch of white pepper1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Pour the oil into a thin jug or jar, add the eggs, lemon juice, mustard, white pepper and salt, blitz using a stick blender until thick and creamy.

Serving Size: Makes about 20 servings (1tbsp per serving)
