1 mashed bananaCinnamon to tasteVanilla extract to taste 1 egg3 tbsp flour3 tsp sugarPinch of baking sodaAbout 10 almonds chopped. (or walnuts, pecans, whatever kind you want. Or none)
Mix mashed banana, cinnamon, vanilla, and egg. Add in flour 1 tbsp at a time. You may need more or less depending on where you live, ripeness of banana, etc. Doesn't have to be exact. Stir in sugar. Again, use more or less depending on ripeness of banana. Stir in baking soda and chopped nuts. Pour about half the batter on a hot, oiled skillet. Cook over medium low, flipping once the bottom is browned.
