Ingredients
2 c Spinach, fresh1 medium Banana1 c Blueberries, frozen 1 Kiwi Fruit with skin, mediumI Lemon - with peel3 inches Cucumber (with peel)1 Tbsp Whey Protein Powder Supplement-Vanilla Flavor1 medium Carrot1 Tbsp Flax Seed1 c water and 2 c ice cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients in Vitamix or Blendtec mixer; mix until smooth, drinking consistency (about 2 minutes on high). Add ice or water as desired.
Note: If you do not have high a performance blender - remove peel from lemon & kiwi, and crush flax seed in grinder before adding to mixture.
