Roo's Avocado Deviled Egg -- Serving 1 deviled egg

Ingredients
*Avocado (whole)Lime Juice, 1 lime yields*Lime Zest, 1 tsp*cilantro 9 springs fresh, minced**McCormick ground cumin, 1 tbsp*Onion powder, 1 tsppossible waterHard Boiled Egg, 6 large; peeled and halved
Directions
Peel and halve hard boiled eggs. Scoop yolks and all other ingredients into a bowl. Mash well. If too thick, you can thin with some tap water (or more lime / lemon juice if you like a more tart flavor). Refill egg whites with yolk mixture, and decorate with sprig of cilantro or tomatoe dices.
