Ingredients

1lb turkey1 large egg1/4 cup red peepers1/4 cup onion1 1/2 stalks celery1 cup rice3 cups Heart Healthy Pregosalt pepper
Wilt cabbage leaves - set aside
Mix all ingredients, except cabbage, in large bowl.
Using six cabbage leaves separate mixture into six even amounts and roll into cabbage leaves.
Place in clear glass dish and cover with spaghetti sauce
cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour and fifteen minutes
Serving Size: Makes 6 Rolls
