Millet Bread

Ingredients
1 cup gluten free millet flour1 cup grated carrot1 tbsp raw hone1 tbsp himalayan pink sea salt2 tbsp vegetable oil2 large eggs, separated
Directions
Mix all ingredients except eggs well in bowl.
Stir in 3/4 cup boiling water.
Beat egg yolks with 2 tbsp cold water and then add to millet mxture.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in hot oiled pan at 350 degrees for 40 mins.

Serving Size: Makes 6 pieces.
