Healthy Blender Pancakes

1 Medium Banana (7 - 7.75 in long)1/2 cup of Quick Oats1 Egg Beaters Egg Whites 50 calorie cup1 4 oz Snack Cup of Natural Applesauce1 tsp of Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
1) Toss egg whites, quick oats, applesauce, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and banana into a blender. (I like to slice my banana for easier/smoother blending)
2)Preheat griddle to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. When heated, GREASE WITH COOKING SPRAY!:) - (I used olive oil spray for a healthier option)
3) Scoop batter with a 1/4 c measuring cup just below full.
4) Pour onto hot griddle and let cook until you see bubbles on top of cakes.
5) Flip cakes and cook until brown on both sides.
Serving Size: Makes 6, 4 in pancakes
