Ingredients
2 Cans Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese1 tsp Minced Garlic2 TBSP EV Olive Oil
Directions
Drain, rinse, and let chickpeas dry on a towel. Put on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until crunchy clear through. Toss with Olive oil, garlic and cheese.
