Almond Flour Biscuits PaleoBunker

2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour, 1/2 cup for dusting1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 cup coconut oil, melted2 large eggs1 TBSP honey (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine combine almond flour,salt, and baking soda in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, honey and coconut oil. MIx wet ingredients into dry until a nice dough forms.
Roll the dough out until it is about 1 inch thick and use a biscuit cutter to cut rounds of dough or form 1 inch thick rounds with your hands.
Bake biscuits for about 12-15 minutes until golden. Makes 12 biscuits
