3 cups rolled oats1 cup pumpkin seeds1 cup sunflower seeds1 cup banana chips1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips1tsp sea salt2 tsp vanilla extract.5 cup Maple Agave Syrup4 Tbs butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. place baking sheet to the side. In a medium size bowl, mix oats, salt, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, separately mix vanilla, syrup and melted butter. Pour liquid mixture over oat mixture and stir to coat evenly. Put on baking sheet in even layer, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. let cool once out of the oven, then add banana and chocolate chips. If you prefer melted chocolate rather than chips, stir chips in while mix is hot from the oven.
