Quick and Easy Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can of Salmon1 cup of onion finely chopped1/2 cup of quick or rolled oats1/4 cup of egg substitute1 tbsp garlic powderLemon pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except lemon pepper and form into 4 salmon patties. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and bake in oven at 350 for about 12 minutes or until golden brown on top.
