Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 cup rice (long or medium grain)3 oz dry vermicelli noodles2 tbsp butter1 lb. ground beef1 28 oz can whole tomatoes1 large onion, chopped4 Jalapeno peppers, chopped1/2 yellow pepper, chopped1/2 red pepper, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped3 stalks celery, sliced thin1/2 cup chopped carrot5 cloves garlic, chopped1 can tomato soup3 tsp. oregano6 tsp. hot sauce3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped4 cups water
Directions
Fry ground beef, onions, peppers, celery, and carrot until done, Drain. Fry rice and vermicelli in large pot in melted butter until lightly browned. Add all remaining ingredients to the large pot including the ground beef mixture and spices. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cook 15 minutes until rice is cooked thru. Serve with hot sauce, parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese
