2 kilograms beef chunks1/4 cup red palm oil1/4 cup virgin coconut oil1/2 cup coffee, brewed150 grams green peppers, chopped1 kilogram onions, chopped1 head garlic, crushed with garlic press1,530 grams tomatoes, canned500 grams red beans, canned (drained)530 grams chickpeas, canned (drained)500 grams white beans, canned (drained)Spices:1 teaspoon red and black ground peppercorns2 tablespoons cacao powder1 tablespoon cumin1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika1/2 teaspoon cayenne2 teaspoons chili powder
Brown chunks of beef in melted oil. Add green peppers, onions and garlic and cook until vegetables are softened. Add coffee, tomatoes, beans, corn and spices and simmer until flavors blend and beef chunks are tender (about an hour).
