2.00 large egg, Egg, Large2.00 cup, Rice - White, medium-grain, cooked1.00 cup, shredded, Cheese - Cheddar5.00 oz drained (56g - about 1/4 cup), Chunk Light Tuna (In Water)0.50 container (36 olives ea.), Extra Large Black Olives1.00 tsp, Seasoned Salt3.00 tbsp, Parsley - Raw3.00 tsp, Dried Minced Onions
Directions
combine all ingredients, spoon into a muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
