Italian Turkey Burgers

1 lb. Lean ground turkey breast1/2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt1.5 tbsp fennel seeds1 medium yellow onion, minced1 tbsp, minced garlicsalt & pepper
Chop (mince) the onion and garlic. Saute onions in a non-stick pan with a spritz of spray oil and a pinch of salt. Cook on medium-low heat until translucent. Add garlic and cook until soft and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.
Next, add turkey, fennel seed, and yogurt to a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add cooled onion and garlic mixture and mix until blended.
Form them into 4 equal patties and cook on a griddle or grill until cooked all the way through.
Serving Size: makes 4, 4oz. burgers
