pineapple pumpkin protein bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup stevia2 cups spelt flour (or oat flour)1 cup oats1 can raw pumpkin (15 oz)3/4 cup egg whites1/2 cup almond milk1 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup diced pineapple (throw the juice in there, too!)2 scoops vanilla protein powder 2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 tsp ground ginger2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup raisins (optional!)
Directions
Mix applesauce and stevia together until well blended. Then add egg whites, vanilla extract, almond milk, pumpkin and pineapples. Beat well and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add to pumpkin mixture.
Pour into (2) non-stick spray coated loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 55 - 65 minutes.
