Slow cooker stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 sweet onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced2 lbs ground beef (I use grass fed but you can use extra lean)2 cans Hunt's tomato paste3 T chili seasoning (can use more if desire)1 T Spicy Brown mustardsalt if you like
Directions
1. Brown the ground beef, onions, and garlic together until meat is no longer pink. While the meat browns, remove cap and seeds from the peppers. If desire, line the slow cooker with a slow cooker bap.

2. Once meat is done, add the two cans of tomato paste. Mix in thoroughly. Then add in chili seasoning and brown mustard; combine.

3. Fill each pepper with meat mixture. Put each pepper in the slow cooker. Set on low and let cook.
