Ingredients
4-6 oz Ahi Tuna (sushi grade) 1 t Sesame Oil 1 T Sriracha Hot chili sauce 1 T Sweet chili sauce-Trader Joes 2 T Mayonaise (Kewpie) - Japanese 1 T Tobiko .5 T Sesame Seeds .5 T Black Sesame Seeds Raw yellow onion (sliced very thin) 2 T scallions (sliced very thin) 1/4 Avocado 1/2-1 cup prepared Japanese rice
Directions
1. Cube the Ahi and set aside
2. Prepare rice. I use a rice cooker.
3. While rice is cooking, prepare the sauce. To prepare the sauce, combine mayo, sesame oil, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and tobiko.
4. Add sauce to ahi and mix well.
5. When rice is done, add ahi mix atop a serving of rice.
6. Top with avocado, sesame seeds, onion, and green onion. I drizzle more sauce on top...mmm.
7. Enjoy!
