no bake cookies - allergy sensitive

Ingredients
2 cups sugar1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup cocoa1/2 cup soy milk1/4 cup vegan butter2 cups minute oats1/2 cup soy butter spread1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix sugar, salt and cocoa in a saucepan. Add milk and butter, bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper and let cool. Makes 48 cookies.
