Modified Julia Child Popovers

Ingredients
1 c white flour1 c milk at room temperature3 eggs2 T butter, melted1/2 tsp salt
Directions
preheat oven to 425
Melt butter
Spray popover pans with Pam Cooking spray
Mx flour, milk, eggs, salt and butter with a whisk until frothy and no flour lumps at all.
Fill popover tins (about 1/3 cup per tin)
Place on lower third of oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Turn heat to 350 and bake 15 minutes more.
