Ingredients
All measurements are approximate, adjust to your preference.- 6 Tbsp Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese (Plain)- 2 Tbsp Chavrie Mild Goat Cheese- 2 oz Smoked Salmon, chopped- 3 Tbsp Chopped Scallion/Green Onion- 1/2 Tsp Salt- 1/4 Tsp White Pepper- 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder (Roasted Garlic Powder is best)- Squeeze of Lemon Juice (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium-small bowl, adjusting measurements to taste. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for added brightness if desired.
