Light Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

Ingredients
3/4 cup plain fat free yogurt; greek style or drained1/3 cup light mayo or light mayo with olive oil1/2 cup light sour cream1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles1 large garlic clove; minced or grated1/4 tsp. saltdash of pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate covered about 2 hours for full flavor. May add a few drops of lemon or lime juice or white wine vinegar to brighten flavor if desired.
