Greek Chicken Crockpot Pita Filling

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 tsp. lemon pepper1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves1/2 c plain yogurt
Directions
Combine all ingredients except yogurt in a 4-6 quart slow cooker and mix well. Cover crockpot and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. Just before serving, remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Stir shredded chicken back into crockpot and stir in yogurt. Make sandwiched with chicken filling and pita breads. Makes 4 sandwiches.
