Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Coconut Oil, 0.33 cup Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Almond Flour (King arthur), 1 cup Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 2 serving *Egg white, fresh or frozen, from one large egg (1.2oz) / white, 2 serving *Milk Cashew (Silk) - 1 cup (240ml), 1.75 cup Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Pudding, Vanilla, 4 Serving strawberry or berry, fresh, 2 cup
mix all dry ingredients (except flour) together and bring to a boil. When boiling add flour and still until a dough forms. remove from heat for 5 minutes. after cooled add egg 1 at a time and mix until smooth and combined.
place 1/4 cup full on waxed paper or greased cooking tray. cook for 30-40 min at 400 degrees or until flaky.
let cool. while cooling, make pudding.
when cooled cut puffs 1/3 way down to cut off top. put a no more then a tablespoon of pudding on the bottom and fruit, then place top back.
