4 -4oz tilapia fillets1 tsp olive oil3 green onions choppedjuice of 1 lemon or 1/2c white wine14.5 oz can whole peeled tomatoes chopped1/4c black olives chopped1Tbl Basilthyme,rosemary,pepper to taste1/3 feta cheese crumbled
heat olive oil in skillet over med, Stir in green onions cook until tender. Mix in lemon juice/wine and tomatoes bring to boil place fish in skillet season with basil,thyme,rosemary. Reduce heat and simmer until fish flakes easily. top with feta and black olives.
