Artichoke Hummus

1 can artichoke hearts, drained1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed1/4 cup low sodium broth1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt1 tablespoon lemon juice1 clove garlic1/2 teaspoon parsley 1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon paprikaOptional: olive oil
Add all ingredients EXCEPT the artichokes into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Check and adjust the seasoning if needed. Add the artichokes and, if desired, a little bit of olive oil. Pulse the food processor until the artichokes are chopped, but not pureed. (I like to keep the artichokes chunky, so the amount of pulsing here is up to you).
Serving Size: about 6-8 servings
