Low fat Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, minced1 Tbs anchovy paste3 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice2 tsp dijon mustard1 Tbs Worcestersire sauce1 cup low fat Mayonnaise2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, dijon mustard and whorcestershire sauce. Add mayonaise, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper until well combined. Taste and adjust to your liking

Serving Size: Makes 1.5 cups, serving size 2 Tablespoons
