100 g. zucchini75 g. smoked salmon2 cups of fresh spinach0.5 cup low fat cottage cheese40 g low fat mozzarellafresh basil, oregano, chives, parsley to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Slice the zucchini lengthwise in thin slices
Mix the cottage cheese with the herbs
slice the mozzarella.
Make layers in an oven dish, starting with zucchini, then salmon, spinach, cottage cheese with herbs.
Put the mozzarella on the top layer.
Heat in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Size: makes two servings
