Raw carrot cake bites

Ingredients
8 pitted dates3/4 cup walnuts1/2 cup grated carrots1/4 cup hemp seeds2 TBS ground flax seed meal1 tsp vanilla1 tsp each pumpkin pie spice and cinnamonTopping:1 TBS ground flaxseed meal1/2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp organic coconut sugar
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor and process until a dough forms. I put carrots in first and grated them, then added nuts, dates, 2 TBS flax and spices. Put dough into bowl. Scoop into 25 equal pieces. Take coconut sugar, 1 TBS flax seed meal, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and mix together in another bowl. Roll each bite into topping. Put in freezer to firm up and store in freezer.
