ground turkey "sausage" gravy

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp brown sugar3/4 tsp black pepper3/4 tsp ground sage3/4 tsp ground thyme1/4 tsp red pepper flakes2 cups milk1 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
cook ground turkey in large skillet, drain. add seasonings and mix together. add milk. bring to a bubble. mix cornstarch with a little bit of water until smooth. add to gravy. stir until thickened.
