Pan fried Cumin Salmon

Ingredients
1 piece SalmonCumin (Powder)SaltMrs. Dash Garlic & other herbs No salt (Spice mix) - optionalCanola Oil
Directions
Seasoning:
Mix Cumin, Salt & Mrs. Dash seasoning (optional) to taste.

Option 1:
Cut Salmon fillet into thick, rectangular slices.
Using fingers, coat salmon with seasoning. Fry in Canola Oil for about 2-3 minutes on medium flame, or until flaky. Enjoy with any side dish :)

Option 2:
Cut Salmon fillet in half.
Using fingers, lightly coat salmon
Fry for about 3-4 minutes on medium flame, or until each side gets lightly browned.
Cool.
Using a small container, pour seasoning into the container, covering bottom thinly.
Place salmon into container
Shake lightly, to coat with seasoning.
Add more seasoning to taste
