Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
Martha White Cornbread mix 6oz2/3 cup skim milk1-can grean giant mexican corn (drained)1-can fat free refried beans1- packet of taco seasoning12 oz 93% lean ground beef1- can rotel tomatoes1/2 cup chopped onion
Directions
Brown beef with taco seasoning. Add corn, tomatoes and onion. Heat until meat is fully cooked. In a large bowl mix cornbead mix and milk together. Then add beef mixture and refried beans. Mix well. Spray 9x11 pan with nonsitck cooking spary. Pour mixture in pan. Cook for about 20-25 mins on 450 degress.

I usually put a few tablespoons of salsa on top.
Makes 6 servings.
