Spaghetti Squash Au Gratin

Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash, cooked & scraped out (1.5 lbs est)1/2 c sour cream1/2 c cheddar cheese1/2 onion
Directions
Cut squash in half, cut the seeds, and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Scrape out squash with a fork into spaghetti strings.

Sautéed onions and mix it all together with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
