Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove) *Kale- Frozen- O Organics- 1/2 Cup, 1 serving (remove) *Mixed Tropical Fruit Frozen, 1 cup (remove) Seedless Green Grapes (10 grapes/serv - 49 grams), 49 gram(s) (remove) **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove) Mott's Apple Juice, 8 oz (remove) Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices (remove) Banana, fresh, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
Directions
I use the vitamix with 1 cup of water and juice, then I mix the banana, grapes, cucumber, frozen fruit, kale, and spinach in that order
