Ingredients
8 oz Ground Beef 96% lean1/2 C onion chopped1/2 C yellow pepper chopped1/2 C celery chopped3 cloves garlic chopped8 oz tomato sauce14.5 oz fire roasted diced garlic tomatoes8 C Cabbage chopped (1 lg head)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute the meat and vegetables together. Then add the cans of tomatoes and sauce, stir. Then add cabbage stir and simmer 20-30 minutes. 1 cup serving
