Temptation Banana Berry Omelete

Ingredients
.5 tbsp canola oil2 large egg whites1 large whole egg0.25 cup fresh or defrosted frozen mixed berries .5 cup, sliced banana.25 cup Yoplait Source Fat Free Yogurt with Splenda, Yanilla flavour
Directions
Heat oil in pan or use a non-stick surface.

Stir together yogurt, berries and banana in a small bowl.

Cook eggs in pan until almost set.

Place fruit and yogurt mix in centre of omlette and fold in half.

You may use all egg whites or all whole eggs. Nutrition info will change.

Try plain yogurt with vanilla extract and Splenda if you don't have Source brand or a similar sugar-free, fat-free one.
