Ingredients
1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 2 cup Avacado 1 cup Bush’s, Black Beans .5 cup Hunts Petite Diced Tomato (by GINSMITTY) .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Cook Quinoa with salt and allow to cool. Rinse black beans. Combine quinoa, black beans, tomato, 1 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp thyme. Add avacado prior to serving.
