Fresher Creamed Corn

Ingredients
6 3/4 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh cut from the cob of 9 ears1/4 cup, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cut corn from the cobs (9 or so)and measure. Place in a sauce pan with water and cook for about twenty minutes. Transfer 1 1/2 cups of corn into a blender, add cream and sat. Run until smooth about one minute. Pour back into the pan with the cooked corn and stir. If runny cook on low until thickened.
