Grilled Marinated Shrimp

2 lbs frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Juice of 1 orange (about 3 tbsp.)Juice of 1 lime (about 1 tbsp.)1/2 tsp ground Cumin seed 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp black pepper2 clove Garlic, minced
Put all ingredients except shrimp into a food processor and pulse until well blended.
Pour into bowl with a tight fitting lid or a large Ziploc bag.
Place shrimp in marinade, seal, and coat well.
Let sit in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
Grill a couple of minutes on each side, until heated through.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
