Hard Boiled Eggs, 2 Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Place eggs in pot with warm water. Turn heat on to boil eggs. About 10 minutes. Drain eggs from boiling water,place in cool water and let cool. about 2-3 minutes. Drain again and peel egg shells and dispose into garbage or compost pile.
Next, with a fork or food processor, place all in ingredients in and pulse 2-3 sec or until mashed throughly or creamy. Place in a bowl and now you can serve this anyway you like. This is a high protein salad and extremely delicious.
