1 pink grapefruit (approx 240g flesh)1 mango (approx 210g flesh)1 small banana (approx 85g)
Peel the grapefruit, remove the seeds and cut into chunks. Place in a blender.
Cut the mango in half, remove the pip and cut flesh into cubes. Cut off the skin into blender with the grapefruit.
Add the banana (sliced or broken up).
Blend until smooth.
If desired, can be served over ice-cubes.
