1 cucumber2 roma tomatoes4 parsley sprigs1/2 lemon1 tsp olive oilred onion
chop cucumber into small cubes. take off some peel if desired.chop up tomatoes same way. chop up two slices red onion.put ingredients together in bowl. mince parsley.add to bowl.add olive oil and juice from lemon.mix together by hand or with utensil. enjoy
