Ingredients:1 Box 20 oz Crazy Cuizine® Chicken PotstickersShanghai Broth20 gm Olive oil, extra virgin164 gm Pork belly, 1” diced2244 gm Water36 gm Chicken base, Ventura Foods31 gm Vegetable base, Ventura Foods95 gm Green onions, chopped (white parts only)14 gm Ginger, minced, Christopher Ranch8 gm Garlic, minced, in oil, Christopher Ranch80 gm Shiitake mushroom, fresh, sliced20 gm Shaoxing rice wine16 gm Black vinegar1.5 gm White pepper, ground10 gm Roasted sesame seed oil, Ajinomoto
Directions
1. Preheat large stockpot. Add olive oil.
2. Add pork belly and brown.
3. Add water all the way through white pepper.
4. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for 10–15 minutes
5. Remove from heat, chill below 40°F.
6. Place in Cambro, cover and keep refrigerated until ready for use.
